This document is a working draft prepared for the platform build. It must be reviewed and finalised by a qualified Malta/EU lawyer before launch.
Who we are
DigitalVault operates an online marketplace where independent creators sell downloadable digital products to buyers.
Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended for breaches of these terms.
Our role
We provide the marketplace, payment processing, hosting and delivery. Sellers are responsible for the products they list, including their accuracy, legality and licensing.
Prohibited use
You may not upload malware, infringing material, illegal content, or attempt to circumvent access controls, payment flows or download limits.
Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under EU consumer law.
