How to report infringing material.

This document is a working draft prepared for the platform build. It must be reviewed and finalised by a qualified Malta/EU lawyer before launch.

Notice

Rights holders can submit a takedown notice identifying the work, the infringing listing and a statement of good faith belief.

Valid notices lead to prompt removal or unlisting and notification of the seller.

Sellers may submit a counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose selling privileges.
