Seller Terms

Additional terms for creators who sell on DigitalVault.

This document is a working draft prepared for the platform build. It must be reviewed and finalised by a qualified Malta/EU lawyer before launch.

Eligibility

Sellers must complete identity and payout verification before receiving funds. Verification is handled by our payment provider.

You keep ownership of your products. You grant us a licence to host, display, market and deliver them to buyers on your behalf.

A platform commission of 10% applies to each sale, plus payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.

Earnings are held until a sale clears the refund window, then paid out to your connected account on the published payout schedule.

We may unlist products that breach these terms, infringe rights, or are reported and confirmed as illegal content.
