1. What we moderate

Every product submitted for publication is reviewed before it becomes visible on the marketplace. We review the listing text, images, price, licence description and the delivered files where necessary to check them against the Acceptable Use Policy, the Copyright Policy and applicable law.

We also review store pages, reviews and reports submitted by users.

2. Possible outcomes of a review

A submitted product may be published, returned to the seller with changes requested, or rejected. A published product may later be unlisted, suspended, archived or removed if a problem is identified or a valid notice is received.

Each moderation decision is recorded with a reason, and the seller is notified in the app when the status of their product changes.

3. How to report content

Anyone can report a product, store or review. Use the report page at https://digital-vault.store/report, or write to support@digital-vault.store with the subject line “Illegal content notice”.

Include the exact product or store URL, what is unlawful or infringing and why, any evidence of your rights if you are a rights holder, your contact details, and a statement that the report is made in good faith.

Copyright and other intellectual-property complaints are handled under the Copyright Policy.

4. How reports are handled

We acknowledge notices, assess them against our policies and applicable law, and act where the report is substantiated. Depending on severity we may request changes, unlist or remove content, restrict features, withhold payouts pending review, or suspend an account.

We handle notices without undue delay and prioritise reports concerning illegal content, safety and child protection. We do not publish a fixed response deadline, because handling time depends on the complexity of the notice.

5. Seller notification and contesting a decision

Where we restrict, unlist or remove a listing, the seller is notified with the reason recorded for the decision. Where we are legally required to do so, we provide a statement of reasons.

A seller who believes a decision is wrong can ask us to review it by writing to support@digital-vault.store with the product URL and an explanation. Where the review supports it, we reinstate the content. Sellers can also correct and resubmit a listing that was returned with changes requested.

6. Repeat infringement and abuse of the reporting system

Accounts that repeatedly publish infringing or prohibited content lose selling privileges.

Reports that are submitted in bad faith, are manifestly unfounded, or are used to harass another user or to gain a competitive advantage may be disregarded, and we may restrict the reporting user's account.

7. Records and authorities

We keep records of notices, decisions and the evidence relied on for as long as necessary to handle disputes and to comply with legal obligations, and we cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
