Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to every user — buyers, sellers, and visitors — and to every listing, file, image, review, message and store page on the marketplace.

2. Illegal content and activity

You must not upload, list, distribute, buy, promote or request anything that is unlawful under applicable EU or Maltese law, or under the law of the place where it is offered or used.

3. Child protection — absolute prohibition

Child sexual abuse material, content depicting or facilitating the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, sexualised depictions of minors, grooming material, and any other illegal sexual content involving minors are absolutely prohibited.

Such content is removed immediately, the account is terminated, and we report it to the competent authorities where the law requires or permits.

4. Intellectual property and counterfeit goods

Prohibited: copyright, trademark, design or patent infringement; pirated software, media, courses, fonts, templates or assets; counterfeit or stolen digital goods; unauthorised licence keys, serials, cracks, activators or account credentials; resale of content you have no right to distribute.

5. Malicious and abusive technology

Prohibited: malware, viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, botnet or DDoS tooling, credential-theft kits, phishing pages or templates, and hacking or circumvention tools where their supply or use is unlawful.

6. Fraud and deception

Prohibited: fraud, scams, money-laundering, stolen payment credentials, stolen accounts or datasets, fake reviews and review manipulation, misleading or false listing claims, undisclosed material limitations, deceptive pricing, fake scarcity, and impersonating another person, brand or seller.

7. Privacy and personal data

Prohibited: selling or distributing personal data unlawfully, scraped contact or lead databases where distribution is unlawful, doxxing, surveillance or stalkerware, and non-consensual intimate imagery.

8. Harmful and prohibited content

Prohibited: unlawful hate speech, incitement to violence, threats, harassment; terrorist or violent extremist content where prohibited by law; and content or products relating to regulated or restricted goods and services (including weapons, unlawful drugs and unlicensed financial or medical services) where their offer is unlawful.

9. Platform integrity

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, download limits, payment or moderation systems; probe or attack the infrastructure; scrape the marketplace at scale; or use the service in a way that degrades it for others.

10. Reporting and enforcement

Anyone can report a listing, store or review using the report link or by writing to digitalvault.businesse@gmail.com. Reports are reviewed by our moderation process.

Depending on severity and repetition, we may request changes, unlist or remove content, restrict features, withhold payouts pending review, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Where we are legally required to do so, we will give the affected user a statement of reasons and information on how to contest the decision. You can ask us to review an enforcement decision by writing to digitalvault.businesse@gmail.com; we may reinstate content where the review supports it.
