Digital goods and withdrawal
For instantly delivered digital content, EU law allows the right of withdrawal to be waived once download begins, with your express consent given at checkout.
When we refund
Refunds are issued for files that are corrupt, materially different from the listing, or not delivered.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the problem.
